I have faced the same issue on my Samsung 32 inches LED tv in October 2016. In my tv, white shadows were coming from all the corners & it was only very visible in dark room or when the screen was black & it was permanent.
I complained to CC & asked her to replace the TV as it was just one month old but she said whatever the technician will say, we'll do. Technician said it's a panel problem & he started opening the TV but I stopped him from doing so & asked for new TV. At first, he was denying, then after a long conversations somehow he agreed & got a new TV on 20 October 2016 which was much better than the old one.
