is Paytm not working?

I got Message and mails from paytm that they are being converted into Payment banks, continuing in our services you agree our terms and conditions.

as I don't wish to continue, decided to utilize my remaining
balance of sum 200/- in my paytm wallet. Today morning I used it for recharge of my Airtel prepaid mobile
The balance got deducted immediately..but recharge not succeeded in my account it is showing Confirmation awaited

Help me please

Working here. But i mailed them and cancelled my account as i did not wanted to be a member of their Payments bank.

Recharge was successful after 2 hours, have decided to keep my wallet balance nil
