Seeking Help 5G not working in Moto Edge 40

Hello everyone, my house, business are located in Jaipur and Reliance Jio has connectivity in every other place I visit.

My all family members receive full 5G coverage but not my Moto Edge 40. When I switch to 5G either, it will work slow or doesn't. I'm forced to switch to LTE/4G only.

Your expertise is needed. Help ASAP!!!
