Is Airtel replaces Rs.45/- with Rs.128/- smart recharge? as it shows in smart recharge section of prepaid recharges.

No, this looks a different and dumb plan. Even on ₹45 smart pack. Per second cost is ₹1.5 p/sec. They are charging ₹2.5 p/sec with no talktime and data benefit. This looks like pre Jio era plan. Or a plan made personally for Mittal ji to use.
