HD is not coming in any regional language, not anytime soon. SS will have regional channels - Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Bengali only is SD.

No, as per what they have said, each language will have separate programming and packaging apart from the broadcast of matches. This will include language-specific pre and post match shows with graphics in respective languages (may include scorecard and overlays too). Regional audio feed on HD channels will not work.

Why re-branding Asianet Plus..? They should launch a separate channel IMO...

Asianet Plus is an utter waste channel in Malayalam now. Apart from the movies they are just showing dubbed serials.

Just same what sony did to la liga when ipl was on.Nevertheless, Football fans has to suffer to cricket fans. Don't know why if they don't want to telecast those league properly why do they bought it then.Leave it for neo who does not telecast cricket
