Yes Agree But only problem in auctions , Human Beings are treated like Things and are valued in Money which some ppl don't like Rest is all fine transparent process.

In Football players Draft like EPL there are various sets of players like Marque players for each Club, then Goal Keepers, Strikers,Defenders,etc

In IPL, Draft system won't work since with Draft system players Loyalty cannot be achieved it's all about when u got right to select players for eg Punjab has got right to have first call, they can Choose MSD and have him in their side.
