Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Ranchi, Dharamsala, Cuttack and Guwahati are the 6 cities

Pune is not there this time

I hope Assam or Northeast bids for one team. I know it's unrealistic as no one will go for such huge investment as for IPL team here. But we deserve better than sorry excuse of a team called Rajasthan Royals. They suck.

Would love to see a team for Northeast (Guwahati). But, Gujarat (Ahmedabad) & UP (Lucknow) would be the front runners.

It represents Telangana after bifurcation. Few bids were attracted previously to set up a franchise in AP (Vizag), but lost to Pune.

There are teams from all parts of India except Central India (MP) & NorthEast.

The two new teams should have been from Central India (MP) & NorthEast.
