IMO, Bumrah is in good form, he has taken most wickets in UAE leg this year.

Regarding Rohit Sharma, usually his IPL records are not at all good compared to team India. In 2019, his IPL batting were not much awesome, but he was unstoppable in WC, just after IPL.

Main issue for MI struggles this year is the most dangerous middle order of last year, they didn't had anything to offer this year on slow pitches, first in Chennai and now UAE.

UAE pitches, this year, is also not same as last year right?
