All 7 Teams leaving KKR will go for Starc, RCB need to shell out atleast 13-15cr
I expect upto 17 all teams will go...
Rajasthan might not, they have Archer
Mumbai also won't. They have good pace battery...

KKR won't go for Starc, they do not have good relationship in past , so RCB, Kings X1, CSK,SRH might go after him
KXIP have released: Glenn Maxwell, Sheldon Cottrell, K Gowtham, Mueeb ur Rahman, Jimmy Neesham, Hardus Viljoen and Karun Nair. And as Gaurav Sundararaman points out, Kings XI have retained their coach for the first time in five years
SRH also might not. They have good Indian bowlers plus Holder.
