Friday is a weekend in Dubai. So, it works for an event like IPL to drew more people to stadium. Mean while people here in India, would finish their work and get glued to the broadcast. It's just a business, end of the day they need money from different sources.

Friday is a weekend in Dubai. So, it works for an event like IPL to drew more people to stadium. Mean while people here in India, would finish their work and get glued to the broadcast. It's just a business, end of the day they need money from different sources.

They have limited window for second phase between England tour & T20 wc.

Meanwhile, weekend in Dubai is different matter.
But, not to forget this Friday is also public holiday for most places in India. So, it doesn't matter that much.

Meanwhile, If finals of ICC events happens on any other days except on Sundays, I would like that idea. Because, Indian teams have 100% success ratio in such finals.
