Good initiative...
My personal opinion is
Either IPL should be stopped OR all franchises should donate all their gaining from IPL for COVID treatments...

My opinion is second one.
IPL should continue and all the profits of the franchise should go to their respective states and profit of BCCI should go for Serum Institute & Bharat Biotech for free vaccination in the country.
