I'm surprised, why not for Rohit and Kohli then? Moreover CSK bowling finished way earlier than 20 ov. Still only Dhoni fined and not the other 2

Even DC hadn't finished by 9pm. Not sure what the match referee is doing though. Seriously, if this is implemented like this I don't think teams will be happy and will be vocal about that pretty soon. Regd CSK I Think they had started bowling around 9.30 the match was finished around 11.10 of we add the remaining over both DC and CSK would have taken Same time to finish their quotas.

Yes...IMO, Saha should open along with Warner and Williamson must play, it will make middle order more strong.After all, Saha was terrific during the last phase of IPL 2020..
