Intex has launched a new smartphone in its Aqua series, called the Aqua Costa. The smartphone is listed on company’s official website and is priced at Rs 5,499. The smartphone will be available in champagne, grey and white color options. The Aqua Costa is one of the most affordable smartphones to offer Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box. But it doesn’t support 4G or VoLTE feature which is now increasingly becoming popular, and is available on much lesser priced smartphones.

Intex has launched a slew of 3G smartphones in the past. Some of the recent 3G smartphones are the Intex Aqua Q7N Pro, Intex Aqua Sense 5.1, Intex Cloud Tread, Intex Aqua Pride and Aqua Q7N among others. These smartphones are priced between Rs 3,999 and Rs 4,999. The Intex Aqua Costa is perhaps the most expensive 3G smartphone Intex has launched in recent weeks.
