Why you are so excited about gill. Its ok that he is a talented guy but don't forget he is still 18-19yr old.
Just look at Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey and Mayank Agrawal. These guyz are waiting from a very long time. Im happy for Iyer, Mayank and Pandey. Now need to give 40-50 matches to these Youngers like Pant, Iyer, Manish.
They will get confidence and will start to perform in Indian team.

Well he was appreciated during 2018 season. Just not so much after his performance failed this year
