People should admit that IPL is way too huge to ignore now. And whatever may be the intentions, it sure brought so much international exposure to the young Indian cricketers. And Kohli should play in IPL where he gets a lot of practice against several intentional bowlers and also will get a chance to brush up his captaincy skills a bit more. So do the other Indian cricketers. IPL is not just a bane to the Indian cricket, it has it's uses too.

And about the series loss, the record will have to be broken someday. A team can't keep winning series after series, that's impossible. And that too against a strong T20 side like New Zealand without two of our premier players, it was kind of expected.

People are very much interested in ipl than world cup
Ipl is not going to improve batting or captaincy.how captaincy improve with ipl seriously i don't understand.
World cup players should get selected based on first class matches like ranji trophy not with ipl.
If ipl is a exposure to players then we would have won most of world cups from 2011.sadly we won only one world cup 2011.
World cup 2012,2014,2015,2016 all losed.
