Then they won't be able to place their own advertisements for eg Tata 1MG after bowling speed this is the main reason they do this imo.

They can. They already did during Australia Tour last December.

I found out couple of days back that they use red and pink ball during test match as players wear white jerseys. Since English players are white. They are trying to give them a different look for better viewing experience.
