Although still early to say but can it happen like this:
5th Test: South Africa v England at Centurion, Jan 14-18, 2000 | Cricket Scorecard | ESPN Cricinfo

In that test as there was no play on 2nd , 3rd and 4th day both the teams mutually decided that both will only play 1 innings. South Africa batted first and declared at 248 runs. England declared their 1st innings at 0 runs and South Africa also declared their 2nd innings at 0 runs. So the target for England was 249 runs.
