We are not looking for attacking players as a opener but players who can keep their calm and could get away with the initial 15-20 overs without getting out where the ball is new and moving and then team can score freely in remaining overs. If Dhawan is selected then he has to keep his patience otherwise he will get out after scoring few runs as is happening with other openers.
Now our openers are too defensive which is not required .. Vijay is too defensive n Rahul is playing unwanted shots .. we need players who can do defence n also attack as per situation..
