I think we should not judge a player based on his age. If he performs to the potential then he should play. DK is performing superbly and he is finishing the games with ease. DK should've been given the gloves as pant is struggling behind the stumps which will have an effect on his batting. If DK performs for the next 5 years then why not he. No second thoughts on pant's talent but he should play sensibly. Middle order requires sensible not flamboyance. Rahul is confused as to what role he needs to play. That is spoiling sport on his batting. I think Manish Pandey should be in. Kedar Jadhav & Rayudu is also ideal.

Thanks bro. Yes Manish Pandey didn't utilize his opportunities recently and to be frank he is not a certainty. I've pushed him coz last time in Australia he scored a century in an ODI against a much better Australian attack. I've pushed him coz last time in Australia he scored a century in an ODI against a much better Australian attack. We don't have much options in middle order right now unless we find someone who is super talented!!

I'm aware of that, but presently he's just a mere shadow of that!
For me, ODI line-up should be:
1.Rohit
2.Dhawan
3.Virat
4.Rayudu/DK
5.MSD
6.Kedar (if not available, Pant/DK)
7.Either of Pandya brothers.
8.Jadeja (replacing him with Kul-Cha will result only a very very long tail).
9.Bhuvi
10. Kuldeep/Chahal (Shami, if Krunal at 7)
11.Bumrah

It is noticing that Rohit was used to bat at uncertain position like 5/6 where K Rahul get to open in test and 3/4 in T20 and i think even Rohit did not got that much chances continuously specially in test.
