Again and again playing with kl rahul is really disappointing

Actually india won the series.as they played at Australian home grounds.

Though India won the match, we need few changes in the team.
Rahul & Khaleel should be replaced by Shreyas & Chahal (Umesh in pace friendly pitches).
Though I like Rahul's batting, but he's failing repeatedly.
Previously I mentioned, we have lack of good left-hand pacers after Zaheer, Nehra & Irfan. The wait seems long as Khaleel is another waste bowler like Unadkat.
Still won't discard Pant yet. He needs some more time. We can't have MS after WC and DK is ageing. Need to groom Pant as he's currently best suited for this post across formats. Even if Saha was fit, I'd prefer Pant over him (Tests).

Yes, for sure. But it's surprising that he wasn't picked for this tour, maybe an implication of selector's less faith on him. He should've replaced Pandey in the squad and Rahul/Pant in playing XI.
A consistent performance in ODIs and IPL (he already had) will make his case stronger for T20Is (if selector's didn't already discard him). One negative point is his age. But again, if DK is in, why not him!
