There's huge difference between NASA and ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation so India more powerful in technology. But Big thing is India reach mars in first attempt but NASA failed in first six attempts and seventh attempt NASA reach mars successfully so India technology more successful as compare NASA. India provide best technology in cheap rates. That is INDIA
