There Video Player but it's Useless !
I am Using Only MoliPlayer & FLV Player !
Playing Mostly All Videos but Not Playing HEVC X265 Videos !
At Last , Don't Try any Streaming Movies but I watched YouTube Videos Online & It's ( HD Videos ) Playing Superb in 3g Network !

There is a cast button available in movie app in Win 10. I think it works similar to chromecast :k

That means you can stream PC movies on other windows device

Best partition manager Gparted is in every linux distro :k

For home user macro isn't really needed so you can skip MS office and use Libreoffice, I use libreoffice even in windows 10 as I don't have money to spend on MS Office :shy

I use IDM in windows, sadly cannot use my IDM license in linux so I use Gwget as download manager with few Chrome extensions

For home users I find Linux Mint/ubuntu is quite enough if you don't play PC Games.
There are some issues with very old hardware like printer,scanner etc but all modern hardware(4-5 year old) will work just fine with all linux, even I find Micromax dongle(4 years old) works just fine without any driver from micromax :ohya
