Don't know about win but surely he's is a man with vision.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that more funds would be disbursed based on the report of Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT).
Cyclone Titli: Centre release Rs 229 cr to Andhra, assures state of further assistance
If you don't know about anything don't talk rubbish all the way search before you talk.

True! Manmohan Singh started project which was lying in between and Modi made it possible. Just like something started by someone but after some time it delayed but some other came forward and complete it what's wrong claim by BJP.
Is it 229 crores can accommodiate entire Titli effected areas, he(Rajnath) just came at Vijayawada for political reasons, not to help Titli effected areas. My district itself lost more than 2,000 crores of Agriculture, horticulture crops and along with public and private property. Is central giving like GST of lossed property value. do you know the current sitution of andhra pradesh's financial condition?
when titli cyclone hitted to North Andhra & Odissa? Oct 11th
when rajnath sing visited vijayawada? Oct 16th, is he said anything about cyclone information?
when central government released the funds? 30th or 31st oct right?

Prove it with the data , don't put some Jumla words.

It has been commissioned in a record time of 45 months as compared to other metro services in the country.

*

BTW , when will Ahmedabad metro will become reality?

Bigg Boss 12 contestant Deepak Thakur's village/home also got electricity just few months back, his family was telling. That explains that even the rural areas have got power supply. :)

As per Govt , all rural villages electrified in Mar 2018 , seems you still don't believe in this Govt's announcements because of the their continuous jumlas.

BTW

As per 2011 census - Athar village got electricity then itself :) another Jumla , this time through Salman and the contestant family.

No doubt a massive accomplishment, but a closer look at what constitutes “electrified” reveals how much further India has to go. According to official data, only 1,417 of India’s 18,452 villages, or 7.3% of the total, have 100% household connectivity, and about 31 million homes are still in the dark. The government deems a village “electrified” if power cables from the grid reach a transformer in each village and 10% of its households, as well as public places such as schools and health centers, are connected.

Modi Announces '100% Village Electrification', But 31 Million Indian Homes Are Still In The Dark

First need to understand this what’s the parameter to check if a village is electrified?
According to the Government site data.gov.in a village would be declared as electrified if:

1) Basic infrastructure such as Distribution Transformer and Distribution lines are provided in the inhabited locality as well as the Dalit Basti/ hamlet where it exists. (For electrification through Non Conventional Energy Sources a Distribution transformer may not be necessary).

2) Electricity is provided to public places like Schools, Panchayat Office, Health Centres, Dispensaries, Community centers, etc. and

3) the number of households electrified should be at least 10% of the total number of households in the village. The data contains details on the progress made towards village electrification for the month. The detail includes the cumulative achievement, percentage of villages electrified along with the number of electrified villages.
