India should stop investing in the wrong players before the world cup. They spent in Kedar for Bowling, Rayudu at No.4, most of the time Rahul in opening still no one is of use. Look at Australia they invested in proper players before the world cup, and they are performing.
Also, Virat should change the thinking of always playing with two spinners. With current batting Order, our tail is so long so all pressure is on Top two who are in the Form if they fail we might not even reach to 200.

There is no excuses for the “Snail show” in the last overs by Dhoni and Jadhav. Just kick Dhoni and Jadav out and take DK and Jedeja in the remaining matches. And let Paant open the innings instead of KL

Dhoni definitely will play upcoming games no chance dropping him Kohli, Shastri & team management never do this whereas, Rahul have back injury should replace with DK and Jadeja in place of Kedar.

First 10 overs 28-1 where original RR was tough under 7 is not acceptable specially when it was good batting conditions neither swing nor variable bounce, India missed big trick there by not going after woakes in 1st PP.

India badly missing Dhawan who would have taken India to 55 to 65 after 10 overs and set platform for Rohit and Kohli to play at their normal place.
Sadly Rahul can only be aggressive in IPL not in international matches this just might be difference b/w being Runner's up and winning world cup specially if we are facing team like Australia in finals.

The first 10 overs exposed the mindset of the chase. Our best, captain and vice-captain were at the crease and maidens kept coming. We lost (or rather gave up) the match in the first 10 itself. The batsmen left too much to chase in the last 10 overs, match was beyond reach by then.
Another mistake was not attacking Rashid enough. Batsmen were happy when they got one boundary per over.

It's not like they don't know how to play aggressive but because our middle order is so useless they can't take the risk. Suppose if they went on attacking and got out imagine the situation. We would have lost by 150+ runs yesterday.

I agree with Rushil bhai...its not compulsory to play with both spinner. We need to be flexible according to pitch. Just look at England, in some match they play with both spinner and in some match with one. They have the courage to drop moeen too.
In my XI I can change one thing also that is 1 spinnner and 3 seamers.
Bhuvi will give us batting option also and he is a good death bowler also. Jaddu will play a role of second spinner.

We cant take much risk when our one batsman got out without any score. You know very well after dhawan injury we depend on Virat and Rohit. Situation forced them to play like that. We cant trust our middle order.
