FYI Dhoni is not an opening batsman While Rohit is.
So if Rohit plays well last two matches and played till 40 overs approx. What Dhoni can do at the end. And today after few matches Rohit fails and also Dhoni fails. But many of them or not blaming Rohit. Why this partiality here.
And someone told that because of him we will lose either final or semifinals. Bro kindly go back a history a little, In 2011 world cup his performance was below average in league matches But in finals he made India to lift world cup with his fantastic knocks. That time everyone who criticized during league matches started to praise him for finals performance.

So dont judge anything by a single match, except this match he played well considering at what point of time he got his chance to bat.

First of all this isn't first time Dhoni failed . Look at the previous match against Pakistan where he scored 1. I know Rohit is opener but that doesn't mean Dhoni can play test knock in 41-50 overs and fail constantly the role he has been given.

Except that final 91 , he has not a single fifty . We know very well that Gambhir and Kohli partnership saved world cup not Dhoni who crumbles in such situations

First understand the situation when both batsmens came to crease. Rohit played well that match but at first he wasted many balls and took his time to settle, while Dhoni got his chance only when 5 overs were left, he is not an aggressive player like pandya, he too bats dangerously after being settled. But this Match his performance is bad, but a single match cant decide anything

That's what I am saying whenever we need Dhoni to rescue we need him to at least play at 80+ strike rate considering his 300+ ODI experience. Today he was not even trying to hit the ball.

Accept or not he is not old Dhoni.

P. S. : I am not a Dhoni hater but I don't like their lovers always giving all the credit to him when team wins but not when team loose.

Hopefully we will able to see wintage MS from next innings.
