ICC shouldn't have kept world cup in the month of June where it mostly rains in regions surrounded by sea, particularly India and England. Either it should have been in Feb-Mar/Apr like the last 2 WCs or during Sept-Oct like T20 WC '12. Too many matches abandoned due to rain. Revenue drain for the broadcaster and ICC.

After 1999 WC , ICC decided to conduct ODI world cups in every nation.
2003 -SA, 2007 - WI, 2011 - Ind/pak/SL 2015- Aus / nz
Now 2019, again it went to England. before that, most wc held in england and not moved to any other nation.
For india and Aus, Feb - mar is the right time to conduct matches like wc. For england ,from May end to Sept 1st week is the summer season and all the worlds in england held in england May end to July 1st week.
Similarly this world cup also , the same calendar date has been scheduled and nothing wrong from bcci or ICC
Usually , it won't rain this much in england and last yr ind went to eng also all the matches held without affecting rain.

Rahul already settled on playing at 4, Now If the management decides playing Rahul as opener Again it takes some time for him to settle there, So Thats why India should think in different way like playing Jadeja/Shankar/Pant as opener along with HitMan.

This is a lesson for ICC and they should stop scheduling major event like world cup in England in future.
India,sri lanka, bangladesh, south africa, australia ,new Zealand should be given chances on rotational basis to save cricket in future.
Cricket is a gane which is affected by rain the most so it's better to move the major event to other countries.
Please don't kill world cup like bigger events
