There is a fully covered stadium called Docklands Stadium in Australia where ODIs were played

Well said.ICC statement Looks childish.
1.Construct atleast 2 to 3 indoor grounds
2.Should have conducted matches only in summer where zero possibilty of rain.why they schedule in June.its for ipl only
3.should have reserve day for all matches.defnitely 3 or 5 matches not going to extend the game period.can keep another match on same day where other team is playing. Tv revenue large than crowd.need fair and free cricket than audience.
Just sharing one point with each team in front of audience not going to help
