Yes this world cup is boring.who interested to watch target of 227 or 245 to win.this looks like 2007 world cup.
We are in 2019 we want high scoring games and chasing and winning that score will be exciting and interesting to watch.i don't know what ICC think in their mind.
Definitely this world cup looks bore and more one sided matches only.
