HTC's upcoming Ruby has been spotted in Thailand according to Droid Sans, which posted a few snaps of it. The leaked photos of the phone in a black casing appear to have been taken in a hurry because some of them appear blurry. According to the website, the company is testing the new device capable of DC-HSPA+ (42 Mbps) data transfer speeds.
The HTC Ruby is rumoured to come with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB memory, and 16 GB internal memory. It is also stated to sport a 4.3" qHD screen and an 8 MP rear camera with AF and dual LED flash, and 2 MB front camera. It is surprising that the Sense UI, which is a key feature of all HTC phones, seems to be missing in this phone. The interface appears just like a stock Android, contrary to the rumours that the Ruby will sport Sense 3.5 with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
