It's raining here for the last 24 hours at 13-14 degrees which has freezing cold water.

I have never seen anything like that in December.

It's la lina year moreover due to western disturbance in air heavy clouds moving from Arabian sea so Karnataka , Mumbai , MP are getting rains in December too it may get over when NEM 2021 get over in southern part of India yearly next year

Went out today after several days at noon. It was such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Came back rushing at home after like an hour as sun just disappeared. It was darkness at noon. Guess what's the culprit? Hail was raining at Shillong.
