actually you are lucky that at last you are having cloud to cover your head but in my city during summer it's 100% no no situation during noon 11 to 5 evening to come out side house on 2 wheel vehicle as it feels like you are burning your skin on coal.

at around when i was out on tea brake @ 5 evening my city rajkot was having weather 39c even after 61% humidity as per google now. even today's midnight 12 on dark moon light temperature as per google now is 28c.
