The area where I live in Guwahati. There is no such thing called load shedding since last 9 years. Although electricity use to be mandatorily be off during rain because of series of short circuits. Otherwise electricity only goes during maintenance work or during some fault line.

People installation AC without proper permission thata why load increases and due to this feeder gpt tripped. Govt and cesc both have acknowledged this issue and there is no instant solution of this problem
