badly heavy raining.

@10:00 pm last night there was nothing and clear sky was there but suddenly today noon at 12 it is now 15 inch rain in last 15 hours.
almost all area in my city rajkot has half leg down water is there in every area. all water storage dam near my city has almost 9 to 10 gates opened by 5 to 6 inch due 10,000+ qubic meter fresh water entry in dam.

update @ 5:00 pm : as per latest reports in last 24 hours ( since 3:00 pm yesterday ) there is 23 inch rain reported. water storage dam flow also changes from 10,000 to 35,000+ qubic meter on inflow of water so dam gate sizes also changes to 2 feet opened in 12 to 16 gates from 9 to 10 gates at 12 on noon. outflow of water is reported 93,000+ qubic meter on 5:00 pm report.
