How to refund freecharge balance

Sending mail is good, they takes 4hrs only & 24hrs max.

Free charge can only forward it to their gateway, it is bank who will credit refund to your account so everything depends on bank. Free charge will not go to your bank and deposit that refund to your bank account, some banks are lazy like ubi, sbi and some are fast like ICICI

How to explain them in mail ?

Recharge for <your mobile number> failed due to wrong operator selection on the portal. As the money was deducted during the transaction, I'd like the refund of the amount to the source of payment at the earliest. Thanks.
