If the distance is 2KMs, then the chances are slim, unless there will be too many new connections possible in your area.

In that case, (I hate to say this) your only option may be AirFiber, if you are getting 5G signals on the roof of your building.

In that case, you need to visit your nearby BSNL customer service center (CSC). You will get the vendor number from them or if they are supportive, they will arrange a meet themselves.
