@ amarnath : i think he is saying that he wants to make a simple basic accounting software in programming languages like vb.net or c#.net with facility of sending each entry as sms notification to mobile number.
alike in example for puzzle software : play a puzzle like normal but when it ends game sends you sms in mobile that "you taken 10 minutes to finish puzzle."
