I was streaming movies on hotstar app on Android tv....and sometimes video is buffering. Is anyone facing the issues?

The cause could be poor broadband connection rather than the app or Hotstar server.

I have a 100mbps connection bro...and I don't have such problems on Sony LIV and zee5
