That's very high. Also there is not such demand for 'Disney' in India. I am expecting the yearly premium subscription rate at Rs.1499 or Rs.1999.

Instead both may become separate. Because regional contents, adult contents etc can't be included in Disney+.

Still no updates regarding UHD, Dolby Vision, HDR 10, their buggy player would continue to survive, they should be revamping the playback features too.

Anyways Premium Members would continue to enjoy Disney Plus content without any additional costs.

Dont think 4k hdr will be added in near future..
Hotstar video streaming quality poor.

Currently no changes for UI. But the declared date of launch is March 29. So have to wait.
