Depend on your need.
If only sports, movies then VIP.
If English shows & movies then premium.

Don't know much about it. Sports pack 299 has withdrawn and VIP will replace it.Some English shows has VIP tag.As a basic thought VIP costs more than Premium, so I think they should provide everything in premium to VIP members also.

Sports pack users will automatically migrate to vip plan as a complimentary service. Premium needs to be under Rs 500 annually.
