Bro. select the desire partition first and right click it you will found "Extend Volume"

Nice to hear. Windows built in Disk manager can extend partition which is adjacent left of free space. In your case it was C drive. So u could increase your c drive with windows disk manager. But if u need to extend other partition u need to use third party software. BTW which software did u use ?
