Very easy. Download Easeus partition master free. Install it. Delete one partition. Now click and drag the boundary of other partition. click apply. PC will reboot

Goto Run Tab - Type diskmgmt.msc - Disk Management Wizard will open and you will found partitions of your computer, just delete the partition which you wants too that partition will become the Unallocated Partition then the partition you wants to extend select that and Right Click it you will found the option Extend Volume just do next - next - give the desire size and finish :k

the partition which i want to increase is is needed to be fully empty :huh

No but its better you create a backup or if data is not enough then moved it to other place :k

First download and install it from here FileHippo.com - Download Free Software

Then run it as administrator. In the lower side of the windows you will see disk 1(If u have only one disk), disk 2 etc.

Suppose u want to delete d and extend c. Then delete the d partition(by right clicking on it) which will create unallocated space. After that left click on c and extend the right hand side of c partition by dragging it to cover all unallocated space. click apply on the top side of window. Pc will restart and boot into easeus partition master boot mode to perform job.

Caution

1. Back up the data
2. Connect power cord if you are using a laptop
3. Don't delete the active(contain Bootloader/os etc) partition

You can watch some videos in youtube also

Ok Thank you Very Much @Anirudha & @Sarkar Bros :) :luv
