I opened 192.168.1.1 router page and in DSL Settings clicked on Reset to Factory Defaults and then onwards my broadband has no connectivity.
I can't open any page or 192.168.1.1 page even. :hammer:
Please tell me how can I change settings in 192.168.1.1 router page to gain access to internet again.
I called CC but now its 3 days and no visit by the engineer. When I enquired they said they had wrongly closed my request.
Airtel Broadband CC opened my eyes and removed my misunderstanding that they are great in service. Nonsense service I can't believe.
