see , brother u cant differentiate 720p and 1080p /i in 32 inch TV.
so as per your choice you can go with sony.
but sometimes sony panel creates problem so make sure you extend your warranty by paying some additional amount for your safe guard.

For me HD ready is enough bro. Here they gives total 3 year warranty. Standard 1 year + 2 year panel warranty.

You can go for Sony LED TV with eye closed, it costs more but totally worth every penny and long lasting. I am using 2 Full HD Sony TVs. Best brand for TVs bro!:tup
