The SMS is from HDFC Bank and their motive behind the SMS is to migrate all the registered users from old version (now retired) Payzapp app to new version Payzapp app.

It's legit website and HDFC Bank has confirmed this short form domain on this below tweet.

I forgot. I googled about the url. Some website verification site showed it as fraud.

I don't even have such account. On verifying the website. Found that it is fake.

Beyond the message, the sender is legit. You should check the sender.
