HBO shows aren't actually meant as a general entertainment content. Even in the US, it is a premium service aimed at a niche target audience. They are lucky that some of their shows get popular outside the intended target audience.
Very correct. Though some of the popular and watchable in the list includes Perry Mason, True Detective, The Night Of, Broadwalk, His Dark Materials, Watchmen, Game of Thrones etc. The list is quite long but the library here in India is very limited in comparison to HBO in US or other countries. Let's see if this break-up help both Disney+ and HBO. Only time will tell.
Give me ABC Family shows. I will never ever complain anything Star or Hotstar does.

That's what I'm hoping for. If they were to offer HBO and Discovery content bundled together in 1 channel on Prime video for 499 a year that would be worth it.
