Got an Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. Impressive first impressions

Finally the issue is resolved. When I confronted about the last SR which was closed, the technician said that it was under wrong category and they dont check the pole for that category of issues. IMO, he could have just called

I got Airtel fiber connection today. (100 mbps plan) Hope that it works smoothly.

After 6 years, when I have decide tikona connection, I I contacted 3 different service providers(including ACT & Jio) . But, after some days of waiting, they weren't able to provide.
Then I contacted Airtel, and surprisingly connection is ready in just 4 hours.
