Earlier this month, Microsoft’s Family Safety feature, primarily used by parents and schools as a set of parental controls and filters, started randomly blocking Google’s Chrome browser from opening on Windows.

It's now possible to customize Chrome on Android by moving your address bar to the bottom of the screen.
If you’d like to move your address bar, long-press on it and select the "Move address bar to bottom" option. Or just navigate to the Settings menu and select “address bar” to choose your preferred spot.

EDIT: Seems like it does not change, so that's a bit sad. For those who also don't have it, you can enable it by accessing chrome://flags/#android-bottom-toolbar in Chrome.

After nearly a decade of teasing, Google Chrome on Android finally lets you move the address bar to the bottom... just like iPhones!
