Ask your manufacturer.. Android one device updates are released by the manufacturer, not Google..

I have been using the beta for a long time bro, that's why the size of the update is very small. Performance is excellent. There are so many changes like Dark mode, gestures, DSDS (On Pixel 3a) and many others. Overall this is a great update.
