Gigabyte wants to augment its post-sales support in 2011.
The company has already opened such centres in Mumbai and Bengaluru. It will come up with more service centers in Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Kochi within three months. In order to reduce its Turn Around Time (TAT) Gigabyte will bring six engineers to support the existing manpower in these locations, Sunil Grewal, Sales Head, Gigabyte India said during its Annual Conference for partners in Mumbai.
Through Accel Frontline, Gigabyte presently has about 81 collection points in 79 cities, and is in the process of setting up over 60 more collection points through premier partners. The company intends to cover over 100 cities through these initiatives. The company entered into a new agreement with its service partner, Accel Frontline to start Gigabyte exclusive service centers in March 2011.
