Gigabyte has launched a new motherboard with DDR3 + DDR2 support and Xpress Recovery. The GA-G41M-combo motherboard supports the latest 45nm Intel multi-core processor and supports both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM.

Priced at Rs 2,900, the G41 motherboard is aimed at customers who are looking for an economical solution to upgrade their systems to run next generation applications with lower power consumptions by DDR3 memory.

It features the newly developed patented energy-saving tools - "Easy Energy Saver province", through which users can operate a simple energy-saving button for control of CPU power consumption any time. Other added onboard features include X-press recovery, which is GIGABYTE patented tool to restore data, Dual BIOS, SATA 3GB/s storage interface, Gigabit LAN connection, support for Energy-related Products (ErP) Lot 6, and EasyTune6.
